The Dales Energy Assessor is an independent producer of Energy
Performance Certificates (EPCs). This means we are not tied to any particular agent, solicitor or HIP Provider. This independence
gives us the flexibility to produce EPCs for any potential customer -either vendor, agent, landlord, HIP provider,
or a conscientious homeowner or business wishing to improve their property's energy efficiency.
We can also provide the entire HIP in association
with the Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors (see the Domestic page for more details), meaning you can market
the home yourself, or give the HIP to your Estate Agent.
Our goal is to become the local and trusted Commercial and
Domestic Energy Assessor of choice for Craven and the Dales. Based in central Skipton, we are in an ideal location
for the town and the Dales. We can also cover the nearby towns of East Lancashire, the Aire valley and Leeds/Bradford. Our
