About Us

Headquartered in Skipton, North Yorkshire, our company is an independent family firm. We aim to provide first class service in the new Energy Sector, producing EPCs. Our assessor carried out training to a nationally recognised standard, obtaining a Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment and more recently Non-Domestic Energy Assessment (also known as Commercial). Previously he had been a consultant in the IT Sector and the landlord of a local property. A lifelong interest in property renovation and more recently in green issues, makes our assessor ideally qualified for this role.

Our flexible, friendly and independent service makes us the local choice for your EPC.

Steven was born in Leeds and grew up in Ilkley. After finishing his degree in Manchester, he chose to settle in Skipton (after a spell in London). He holds a BA(Hons), CNA, CNE, CDE, CCNA, MCP, Dip DEA, Dip NDEA (also a keen mountain biker).

As well as her role with a local advertising company, Melanie acts as the Company Secretary and advertising consultant for the Dales Energy Assessors holding company - Longpod Ltd.
