The Dales Energy Assessor is an independent producer of Energy
Performance Certificates (EPCs). This means we are not tied to any particular Estate Agent, Solicitor or Home Information
Pack Provider. This independence gives us the flexibility to produce EPCs for any potential customer - vendor, agent, HIP
provider, or a conscientious homeowner wishing to improve their homes energy efficiency.
We can also provide the entire HIP in association
with the Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors (see the Services page for more details), meaning you can market
the home yourself, or give the HIP to your Estate Agent.
Our goal is to become the local and trusted DEA of choice
for Craven and the Dales. Based in central Skipton, we are in an ideal location for the town and the Dales. We can also cover
the nearby villages of East Lancashire. Our associates also cover Ilkley and its surrounding areas, and parts of Leeds.
